Nicki Minaj | March 29, 2024 @ Wells Fargo Center

The queen of rap, Nicki Minaj makes her hotly anticipated return with her brand new tour, The Pink Friday 2 Tour, in support of her recently released album. Never afraid to raise eyebrows, Minaj has seen a stratospheric rise to fame (or infamy?) since being discovered after releasing three mixtapes between 2007-09, after which she signed a recording contract with Young Money Entertainment. Citing Missy Elliot and L'il Kim as her main influences, she is noted for her animated rapping style and use of sardonic phrases in her work; her colorful costumes, wigs and outfits have also garnered her recognition as a modern fashion icon.

Philadelphia Ballet - Giselle | February 29 - March 10, 2024 @ Academy Of Music

Considered to be the classic ballet of the romantic era, Giselle first wowed audiences in Paris in 1841 and continued to weave its kinetic magic over the decades to become a much-performed and internationally beloved work. Don't miss the enchanting tale of love, heartbreak, redemption, and myth as presented by the Philadelphia Balelt and their artistic director Angel Corella as part of the 2023/24 season.

Tracing the career of Carole King, and endorsed by the beloved Grammy winner herself, Beautiful was the feel-good Broadway hit of 2014, scoring two Tony Awards. Described by The New York Times as "A complex, revitalizing portrait of the real, conflicted person within the reluctant star", Beautiful: The Carole King Musical is an inspiring story about the rocky road to superstardom!

Brought to life by Oscar-winning composer and lyric team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, the production received critical acclaim on Broadway for the soaring score and dramatic and beautiful stagecraft. Garnering the Tony nominee for Best Musical in 2018 the stage musical harnesses the fun, love, and wow-factor of the 2013 movie in all its glory, and then adds some!

Groucho Marx is coming to the Walnut Street Theatre, and will be celebrating the 100th anniversary of the brother's iconic three-month run in the very same location. Groucho: A Life in Review is an Olivier Award-nominated play that was written by Groucho's son, Arthur along with playwright Robert Fisher. Frank Ferrante, who has previously won awards for the role of Groucho will star and direct the show. A hilarious musical comedy covering the Marx Brothers' rise to stardom, catch it while you can!

Jon Batiste | March 17, 2024 @ The Fillmore

The recipient of a breathtaking 11 2022 Grammy Award nominations and four wins, including Album of the Year, and four more noms for 2023, Jon Batiste is one incredible musician. You might recognize him from his tenure as Stephen Colbert's magnanimous bandleader or have heard his Oscar-winning score for Pixar's Soul (with Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross), or from enjoying his March 2021 record, We Are, or even with one of his genre-straddling collaborations with the likes of Stevie Wonder, Prince, Willy Nelson and more.

Shen Yen Performing Arts | March 9 - 17, 2024 @ Miller Theater

Shen Yun presents colorful and exhilarating performances of classical Chinese dance and music. A performance by this company is a true representation of traditional Chinese culture as it once was: a study of grace, wisdom, and the virtues distilled from the five millennia of Chinese civilization. A non-profit organization with spiritual roots, it is banned in modern China, however it continues to take the rest of the world by storm.
