I have gone to see The Nutcracker at the Kennedy Center for the past fourteen years. This year’s performance was the first time I have been disappointed. Our seats were very good. The theater is always amazing. But the production was lacking, missing details, and humorous touches. Even the sets seemed to be lackluster. Sorry, Philadelphia Ballet. You could have done better.
