Indie rock ain't dead and bands like Hippo Campus are proving its alive, kicking and evolving to new heights! Formed in 2013 when frontman Jake Luppen, guitarist Nathan Stocker, bassist Zach Sutton and drummer Whistler Isaiah Allen met at the Saint Paul Performing Arts Conservatory in their native Minnesota, the quartet quickly became a fixture in their local indie scene before graduating to the mainstream with the release of their debut album Landmark in 2017.

An integral part of the scene that bred Coldplay, Snow Patrol, and others, Travis was one of the driving forces of British guitar pop in the late 90s and early 00s. Originally named 'Glass Onion,' Travis was founded when all four members were students at the Glasgow School of Art in 1990. It was 1999's "The Man Who" that brought them to international attention. Followed by "The Invisible Band" in 2001, they cemented their place as one of the greatest bands of their generation. The Finnish cello metal band formed with the intention of playing Metallica and other heavy metal band covers, but each subsequent release featured more and more original music until fourth album Reflections announced their fully-fledged status as original artists.
