Why see Philadelphia Ballet - Bolero?

A Night For Boleros And Dance Cards

A trio of wonders is headed to the Philadelphia Ballet in the spring of 2025, with exciting works that move beyond the expectations of ballet. The company's own Russel Ducker will be showcasing his 2021 piece, Dance Card, which was created in collaboration with Grammy Award winner Jennifer Higdon, Houston Ballet's Stanton Welch AM will be holding the world premiere of his newest work, and the night will be completed with a stunning revival of Maurice Ravel's Bolero. What better way to see in the spring of 2025 than with the Philadelphia Ballet?

Founded by Barbara Weisberger in 1963, the Ballet's mission was to become the finest of its kind, sourcing local talent and helping them grow into phenomenal performers. They have performed in movies including the Academy Award-nominated Black Swan, and regularly tour the country.
