The play explores the issues of racism and prejudice that permeated American Society in the 1940s, and how against the tumult of civil unrest, as one unlikely duo learn about the transformative power of a working relationship turning to friendship in this warm and inspiring production that was famously adapted into an Oscar-winning film starring Morgan Freeman and Jessica Tandy.
